Valeri Chechelashvili

Chairman

Ambassador Valeri Chechelashvili holds a PhD in International Economics and has more than three decades of experience in diplomacy, international economic cooperation, and public administration. He has served as Georgia’s Ambassador to Ukraine and the Russian Federation, Minister of Finance, and Secretary General of both the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) and the Organisation for Democracy and Economic Development – GUAM. He is the author of numerous publications on regional economic cooperation and international relations and currently serves as Chairman of the Caucasus Fund “Innovation and Development Alliance”.

Gia Kobakhidze

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Gia Kobakhidze is a medical doctor and PhD with a background in otolaryngology (ENT surgery). After building his medical career in Georgia and Russia, he expanded into private investment and commercial real estate. His experience combines healthcare, entrepreneurship, and strategic investment management.

Alexander Naskidashvili

Member of the Supervisory Board.

Alexander Naskidashvili is a Systems Technology Engineer with extensive experience in automated control systems for energy and industrial facilities. His expertise covers nuclear and hydropower engineering, energy infrastructure, and process automation, as well as the logistics and storage of petroleum products. He has also provided engineering consultancy and technical advisory services for complex infrastructure and energy projects. His multidisciplinary experience supports the Fund’s focus on sustainable infrastructure, energy development, and strategic investment initiatives.

Lilian Naskidašvili

Project Coordinator

Lilian Naskidašvili is a specialist in international relations, sustainable development, and European cooperation. She holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development and Global Governance and has experience in international projects, investment promotion, strategic partnerships, and EU-funded programmes. Her work focuses on connecting investors, institutions, and innovative initiatives that contribute to the sustainable economic development of Georgia and the South Caucasus.
